Philip Sheffield joins the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, at short notice, as Simon in Birtwistle’s The Last Supper.
The semi-staged performance at City Halls, Glasgow on 14 January will be conducted by Martyn Brabbins and directed by Victoria Newlyn.
